Energy Healing

Energy healing is based on the premise that the human body is more than just physical matter; it is an interconnected system of "life force" or vital energy. When this energy becomes stagnant or blocked due to trauma, stress, or limiting beliefs, it can manifest as physical dis-ease. My goal as a practitioner is to help clear these blockages, allowing the body’s natural healing intelligence to take over.

As a practictioner of Or Emuna energy healing, a healing modality that uses Jewish wisdom and spiritual foundations to bring about healing and restoration, I believe that healing is not just about moving & clearing energies - it is about revealing the beauty of the soul as it connects to its Divine source. My practice focuses on the energetic anatomy of the soul. According to Kabbalah, our well being depends on the healthy flow of Divine Light. My goal is to facilitate a space for deep energetic realignment.

Energy is not limited by geography. Just as a prayer in one location can be felt in another, this work utilizes the belief that Divine Light is not bound by space or time and can reach you wherever you are. This process requires no physical contact; it is a soul-to-soul transmission that works directly with your energetic field to facilitate deep, lasting shifts. When your channels of Divine Light are clear, you will not just feel better - you will live with a clearer connection to your Divine Source and to your true purpose.
